Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking with us. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
 Booking and Payment:

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment is due upon booking confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received by the due date.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Guests may cancel their booking up to 5 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.


Security Deposit (in some cases):

  • A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning fees during your stay.
  • The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages or rule violations have occurred.


Liability:

  • We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or during the use of our facilities.
  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.


Insurance:

  • Ensure you have adequate insurance cover for your stay.


House Rules:

  • Guests must comply with the house rules provided in the rental property or as detailed in our communication.
  • Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional fees or immediate eviction without refund.


Minimum Age Requirement:

  • The booker must be at least 18 years of age.


Occupancy:

  • The number of guests staying in the rental room must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy may result in additional fees or immediate eviction without refund.


Respect local laws and regulations:

  • While out and about in our beautiful rural area, please be aware of and comply with the countryside code.


Amendments:

  • We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
